Experts section rules
Edition of October 23, 2026.
These Rules are an agreement between the platform and the users of the Experts section: people who publish an expert profile and take clients, and people who book experts. The Rules are part of the site Terms of Service and apply together with them and with the Privacy Policy (clause 1.4).
This is a translation for convenience. If it differs from the Russian edition, the Russian edition prevails.
1. Parties and acceptance
1.1. The platform is ИП Зарипова Фания Каилевна (tax ID 165806151936, registration no. 326169000099617), the owner of https://tembrica.com (the "platform").
1.2. An expert is a user who created an expert profile to offer consultations, lessons, training sessions or other services. A client is a user who books an expert.
1.3. An expert accepts the Rules by ticking the box when creating the expert profile or on the rules acceptance page, and a new edition also with the accept button in the dashboard. A client accepts the Rules by pressing "Book". The accepted edition and the date and time are recorded.
1.4. For those who use the Experts section, the Rules are part of the site Terms of Service (the user agreement) and apply together with them and with the Privacy Policy. In matters of the section, these Rules prevail in case of conflict; otherwise the Terms of Service apply.
2. What the platform does
2.1. The platform provides tools: the expert public page, the catalog and search, schedule and booking, calendar, notifications, the booking chat and a browser room for video and audio calls.
2.2. The platform does not provide the experts' services, is not a party to the agreement between expert and client, and is not the expert's employer or agent.
2.3. The agreement for a service is made directly between the expert and the client. The price, the way of payment and the refund terms are set by the expert. The platform does not accept payments for experts' services, does not hold the parties' money and does not refund it.
2.4. The platform charges no fee for publishing an expert profile or for booking. If this changes, experts will be told in advance as described in section 12.
3. Who can be an expert
3.1. An expert must be an adult (18 or older) with full legal capacity and a confirmed email address.
3.2. The expert is responsible for the legality of their activity: registration as a self-employed person, sole trader or company where required; paying taxes and issuing receipts; holding the licenses, certificates and other permits their services require.
3.3. Profile information must be truthful. An expert gives their real first name and last name (or their single name, if they have only one); a pseudonym — the profile name on the site — may be shown in addition to them, never instead. A patronymic or middle name is optional; it is never shown on public pages — only the other party of a booking sees it (on the booking page and in emails about it). The photo must be the expert's own, and the information about education, experience and qualifications truthful. The platform may request supporting documents; a verification mark appears on the page only after a moderator has checked them.
3.4. Before the page can take bookings the profile must include: real first and last name (or single name), photo, headline, an "About" text, languages, at least one service with a category, working hours and, for paid services, payment details; the current edition of the Rules and the consent to publish profile data (section 13) must be accepted.
4. What may not be offered
4.1. Medical care: diagnosis, treatment, prescribing or canceling medicines, medical reports. Consultations by experts with medical training are informational and do not replace a doctor's appointment; telemedicine care is provided only by medical organizations in the manner the law prescribes.
4.2. Services that by law only a person with a special status or license may provide, if the expert does not have it (for example legal representation reserved for advocates, notarial acts, medical and pharmaceutical activity).
4.3. Services and information prohibited by law; promises of cure, guaranteed results or income; gambling, pyramid schemes, sexual services.
4.4. Services to minors without their parents: only adults can book; sessions with a child take place on a booking made by the child's legal guardian.
4.5. Advertising other services, spam, collecting clients' contacts for mailings.
5. Booking, canceling, rescheduling, no-shows
5.1. The expert sets the bookable time: working hours, days off, vacation, limits. The client picks a free time; the request holds that time for the client until the expert answers.
5.2. The expert answers a request within 48 hours (or before the session starts, if that is sooner). An unanswered request closes automatically, the time is released and both sides are notified. If the service has automatic confirmation, the booking is confirmed at once.
5.3. A booking can be canceled without consequences no later than 24 hours before the start; a later cancellation is recorded in the statistics of whoever canceled. A confirmed booking can be moved only with the other side's agreement.
5.4. If a participant has not joined within 15 minutes of the start, the other side may mark a no-show. An expert's late cancellations and no-shows are visible in their statistics and may lead to the page being hidden.
5.5. Refund terms on cancellation are set by the expert and told to the client before payment. The platform neither holds nor refunds money.
5.6. The platform does not record sessions. A participant may record a conversation only with the other participant's consent. If the expert gave a link to an external calling service, the session takes place there under that service's rules.
6. Chat by booking and by request
6.1. Messaging between expert and client opens with the request and stays open until 24 hours after the session ends; if the request was declined, canceled or closed without an answer — until 24 hours after that moment. Then sending closes; the history stays available to both participants. A new booking opens the chat again. The chat can also be opened without a booking — through a chat request (clauses 6.9–6.12).
6.2. Only users with a confirmed email address can write. The chat is only for a session — the one that was booked or the one asked about in a chat request: its time and format, the task and questions about it, materials, payment, rescheduling and cancellation. Contact details may be exchanged when that is needed to hold the session — for example, to join the call service the expert named.
6.3. The chat and chat requests must not be used for: personal topics, politics and anything unrelated to the session; flirting, invitations to meet outside the session, and harassment; threats, insults and pressure; spam and advertising, including third-party services; fraud and requests to pay to payment details that are not on the booking page; sharing other people's personal data.
6.4. Either side can report the other with the "Report" button — the report goes to the platform's moderators together with links to the chat messages, and a report on a chat request goes to them together with its text.
6.5. Either side can block the other with the "Block" button. The chat with them closes; the pair's upcoming bookings — requests and confirmed bookings that have not started yet, including a standing booking — are canceled; new bookings between them become impossible. For the side that blocked, such a cancellation does not count as a late one (clause 5.3). A session that has already started is not canceled by a block. Unblocking does not restore canceled bookings. Refunds of payment made directly to the expert follow the expert's terms (clause 5.5).
6.6. Messages and chat requests are stored on the platform's servers and are available to the participants. The platform does not look through the chat except when a participant reports messages and in cases provided for by law, including requests from authorized bodies.
6.7. For breaking clauses 6.2–6.3 the platform may issue a warning, restrict sending messages and booking, hide the expert's page or block the account (section 10). The platform discloses information about the chat to public authorities only in the cases and in the manner provided for by law.
6.8. An expert uses a client's data received through a booking (name, contacts, messages) only to provide the service and does not pass it on to third parties.
6.9. Chat request. A user with a confirmed email address can send an expert a chat request — up to :creq_max messages about a session, with no links to third-party websites. Once sent, the messages of a request cannot be edited or deleted. The expert chooses who can send them requests: all such users, only those who have booked them before, or no one.
6.10. The expert accepts or declines the request. If the expert has not answered within :creq_ttl days, the request closes. The sender is told about a decline without being given reasons; they may send a new request to the same expert no sooner than :creq_cooldown days later. The expert may also block the sender or report the request (clauses 6.4–6.5).
6.11. If the expert accepts the request, a chat opens: the messages of the request become its first messages, and the client sees the payment details the expert has entered on the platform (clause 7.2). A chat opened by a request stays open while the parties keep talking and closes :creq_silence days after the last message; the history stays available to both participants. A new request or booking opens the chat again.
6.12. A chat request and the chat opened by it are not a booking of a session and do not oblige the parties to enter into a transaction.
7. Payment
7.1. The client pays the expert directly, using the payment details the expert sent through the platform on the booking page or the ones the client sees in the chat opened by an accepted chat request (clause 6.11). The platform is not a payment agent and takes no part in the settlement; a receipt, where due, is issued by the expert.
7.2. Confirming a booking, including automatic confirmation (clause 5.2), confirms the time of the session. The client sees the payment details on the booking page after the expert sends them with the "Send payment details" button, or right at confirmation if the expert turned on "Send payment details right when I confirm a booking". The client is notified of every sending. Until the client marks the payment as sent, the expert may send different details in place of the earlier ones. The expert may state which clients' countries a payment method is meant for; to suggest a suitable method, the platform shows the expert the client's approximate country — from the profile or as detected at registration; this is a hint, not a restriction. If the expert has accepted a chat request (clause 6.11), the client sees right away, in the chat, the current payment details the expert has entered on the platform. Do not send money to details sent in a message that differ from those on the booking page or in the chat's payment details card.
7.3. Disputes about payment and service quality are settled between the parties. On justified complaints the platform may hide the expert's page or restrict the account.
8. Reviews
8.1. A review is left by a client after a session they attended. It must be truthful, without insults or other people's personal data.
8.2. Writing reviews about yourself, buying or ordering reviews is prohibited. The platform may remove reviews that break the Rules.
9. Public page and search engines
9.1. The expert's name, photo, headline, description, specialization, services and prices, languages, time zone, free time, rating and reviews are published on their page and in the section catalog and are available to anyone. If the expert has given the consent to dissemination in an edition that names the tool pages (section 13), their name, photo, headline, rating and service price are also shown in the “Experts on this topic” block on the site’s tool pages related to the subject of their services.
9.2. Once the profile is complete and published, the page is shown to search engines by default. The expert can turn this off in the expert page settings; the page stays reachable by direct link and in the catalog.
9.3. The expert can unpublish the page or delete the profile at any time. Bookings already confirmed must still be held or canceled.
10. Moderation
10.1. The platform may hide a page, reject a service or category, restrict or block an account for breaking the Rules or the law, and on justified complaints. Where a violation endangers people — without prior notice.
10.2. A violation can be reported with the "Report" button on the booking page and in Messages, through the feedback form or at faniazaripova2023@yandex.ru.
11. Liability
11.1. The platform is not liable for the quality, result or safety of an expert's services, for the parties performing their agreement or for payments between them. Claims related to an expert's services are settled by the expert.
11.2. The platform is responsible for the operation of its tools within the limits set by law and fixes technical failures within a reasonable time.
12. Changes to the Rules
12.1. The platform may change the Rules. Each edition is published on this page with its date; earlier editions and a short description of the changes are available under "Edition history" on the same page.
12.2. Material changes — those that change the rights and obligations of experts or clients — are published at least 7 days before they take effect. Experts who accepted the previous edition learn about them by email and in their dashboard; until the new edition takes effect, the previous one applies to them. To keep the page taking bookings after that date, the new edition has to be accepted. An expert who disagrees with the new edition may decline it and unpublish the page (clause 9.3). Changes required by law or by users' safety may take effect sooner — from the date stated in the edition.
12.3. Editorial changes — clarifying wording without changing its meaning, fixing typos, numbering and links, updating contact details — take effect on publication and do not require accepting again.
12.4. Anyone accepting the Rules for the first time accepts the latest published edition. A client accepts the edition in force at the time of booking; the new edition applies to chat after it takes effect and to new bookings.
12.5. The accepted edition and the date and time of acceptance are kept (clause 1.3); a copy of the accepted edition can also be requested at faniazaripova2023@yandex.ru.
Edition history
- Edition of October 23, 2026 latest Clause 9.1 and the consent to dissemination (section 13) now list the “Experts on this topic” block on tool pages related to the expert’s services among the places where the profile is shown. - Edition of October 22, 2026 · effective October 29, 2026 · Open Chat requests to experts are introduced (clauses 6.9–6.12): up to three messages that cannot be edited or deleted; the expert accepts, declines, blocks or reports; an unanswered request closes after 7 days, and the chat opened by it after 30 days of silence. The client sees the expert's payment details right after the request is accepted (clauses 7.1–7.2). Politics is named among the topics prohibited in chat (clause 6.3). Experts need to accept this edition before October 29.
- Edition of October 16, 2026 · Open The Specialists section is renamed Experts: in the text of the Rules, "specialist" is replaced with "expert". The rights and obligations of the parties have not changed, so there is no need to accept this edition again.
- Edition of October 2, 2026 · effective October 9, 2026 · Open Booking chat (section 6): only about the session; the prohibitions are named explicitly — personal topics, flirting and harassment, advertising and spam; "Report" and "Block" are described (a block cancels the pair's upcoming bookings without a late-cancellation mark), as are the consequences of violations. Profile (clauses 3.3–3.4): a real first and last name is required, a pseudonym only in addition, a patronymic is not published and is seen only by the other party of a booking; the consent to publish data (section 13) is clarified the same way and has to be given again. Payment (section 7): confirming a booking confirms the time; the client sees the payment details once the specialist sends them (or right away, if the specialist set it up), and they can be replaced until the payment is marked; a payment method is suggested by the client's approximate country. Changes to the Rules (section 12): material and editorial changes, edition history, an exception for changes required by law. The Rules are part of the site Terms of Service (clause 1.4).
