Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Timbrica, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

Description of Service

Timbrica provides free online audio processing tools. Our service includes:

  • Audio file conversion, trimming, volume adjustment, and other processing tools
  • Client-side processing in your browser when possible
  • Server-side processing for operations that require it

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Timbrica only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Upload files that contain malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Use the service to process files you do not have the rights to modify
  • Attempt to overload, disrupt, or interfere with the service

AI-Generated Audio & Voice Synthesis

Some Timbrica tools (such as Text-to-Speech) generate audio using AI voice models. You are solely responsible for the text you submit and for any audio you create. You must not use these tools to: impersonate any real person without their explicit consent or create deceptive voice deepfakes; generate or spread false information intended to harm others; or produce unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory content. Generated audio is synthetic — do not present it as a genuine recording of a real person without clearly disclosing that it is AI-generated. These conditions also apply under the licenses of the underlying open AI voice models (such as the Open RAIL-M license). If you use voice-cloning tools, you confirm that the cloned voice is your own or that you have documented consent from the voice's owner to use it in this way. You agree to indemnify Timbrica against any claims, losses, or costs arising from your breach of these terms.

Your Files

You retain all rights to your uploaded files. Files uploaded for server-side processing are automatically deleted after processing. We do not store, share, or analyze the content of your files. You are solely responsible for the content you upload.

Limitation of Liability

Timbrica is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss of data, quality degradation, or other damages resulting from the use of our service. Maximum file size is limited to 50 MB.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
