Plain-language terms for purchases on tembrica.com — the one-time Pro account and AI-voice token packs: what you get, who you pay, and how withdrawals and refunds work.

What you’re buying

Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks Pro features on your account — no ads, higher limits, profile perks — for the lifetime of the account, with no subscription and no recurring charge. Tokens are prepaid credit for premium AI voices in Text to Speech: they never expire and are spent as you generate audio.

Who you pay (Merchant of Record)

Your payment is sold and processed by Polar Software, Inc. (“Polar”, Delaware, USA), acting as our Merchant of Record. Polar takes the payment, issues your invoice, and calculates and remits any local taxes (VAT, GST or sales tax). Tembrica provides the software and activates your purchase once Polar confirms the payment.

Price and taxes

The price shown on the checkout page is what you pay. Polar displays your local currency and the final, tax-inclusive total before you confirm. You are charged once.

Instant delivery and immediate performance

Pro activates automatically on the account you are signed in to, and tokens are credited to your balance, usually within seconds of payment. By purchasing you ask us to start the service immediately, without waiting for the end of the withdrawal period. If nothing has arrived after a few minutes, email support@tembrica.commoc.acirbmet@orp+troppus with your Polar receipt — we will fix it or refund you in full.

Refunds — Pro

You can cancel a Pro purchase within 14 days of payment for a full refund, no questions asked. Ask by email (support@tembrica.commoc.acirbmet@orp+troppus ) or use the withdrawal form (Withdraw from contract here). The refund is issued through Polar back to your original payment method, usually within 3–10 business days.

Refunds — Tokens

Within 14 days of payment we refund the unspent tokens of your pack at their purchase price — even if you have already spent part of it: spent tokens are the payment for the service already provided and are deducted. Once a pack is fully spent, the service has been fully performed and the right of withdrawal ends. Bonus and gift tokens are credited free of charge and are not refundable. Refunded tokens are removed from your balance.

How to withdraw or request a refund

Use the withdrawal form (Withdraw from contract here) or email support@tembrica.commoc.acirbmet@orp+troppus . Please include the email of your Tembrica account, the Polar order or receipt number, and which purchase it concerns. You will receive a confirmation of receipt right away, and we reply within a few business days. Billing questions can also be raised with Polar as the seller of record (support@polar.sh).

Your statutory rights

Nothing on this page limits your non-waivable consumer rights. EU and UK buyers keep the statutory 14-day withdrawal right reflected above; Australian buyers keep their consumer guarantees. If the service is faulty, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of any window on this page.

Governing terms

The payment itself is governed by Polar’s Terms of Service (Polar is the seller of record). Your use of Tembrica is governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Mandatory consumer rights under your local law always apply.
