Nothing is lost. The banker's device holds the game and saves it after every operation; a phone that reloads rejoins by itself and gets its seat back, because the seat belongs to that phone. If a phone died for good, the banker can act for that player right away, or free the seat so the player can pick it up on another phone.

No. Each phone needs an internet connection — Wi-Fi or mobile data, any of them. Some hotel, school and office networks block such connections between devices; if one phone cannot join, that player keeps playing on the banker's device, which can act for anyone.

Enter the price of one starting stack. At the end the tool compares what each player bought (the start plus rebuys) with the chips they have or took off the table, converts the difference into money and lists the fewest transfers that settle everyone.
