Baby sleep schedule: wake windows by age

An online baby sleep calculator built on wake windows. It takes your baby’s age and this morning’s wake-up and builds today’s plan: when to settle for each nap and when for the night. The difference from a table is that the plan is alive — you mark when your baby actually fell asleep and woke, and the rest of the day recalculates from what happened rather than from an ideal timetable.

How to use it

1

Enter your baby’s date of birth — the wake window is picked for the age.

2

Set the time your baby woke up this morning.

3

Watch the large countdown: it shows how long until the next settling.

4

Tap “Fell asleep” and “Woke up” — the rest of the day recalculates from the real times.

5

At the end of the day check total sleep against the range for the age: that matters more than any single window.

Work out nap and bedtime targets from the real wake-up

Wake windows are practice, not a guideline. These intervals come from sleep consultants and work well as a reference, but no clinical consensus stands behind them. The one thing that does have consensus is total sleep across 24 hours, and it sits in its own block below. A particular baby’s tired cues always outrank the clock.
