AI poem generator
The poem generator picks words to fit the metre and rhyme scheme you asked for. For Russian it then scans the result against a stress dictionary: it counts the syllables in each line, locates the stressed positions and compares the rhyming pairs. That is why the analysis shows not «poem ready» but how many lines actually landed in iambic tetrameter and which pairs really rhyme.
How to get a poem worth reading out loud
Not «a poem for grandmother» but «bakes apple pies, calls everyone «my dears», taught at the same school for forty years». Poems differ by detail, not by adjectives.
Iambic tetrameter reads easily out loud. Trochee is brisker and suits children’s and comic verse. Amphibrach and anapest are more song-like — good for toasts.
If it says «lines in metre 6 of 8», two lines stumble. They are marked, and each can be rewritten on its own.
