Chord Finder for Songs: Chords and Fingerings from Audio

An online tool for anyone who has heard a song and wants to play it. Upload a recording and the tool reads its harmony, then shows which chords the song uses, where they change and how to hold them: diagrams for guitar, ukulele and piano. From there it is practice rather than a list — transpose it to your voice, add a capo, slow a hard passage down and loop it. The chart copies out, exports to ChordPro or MIDI, and prints with the fingerings.

How to find the chords of a song

1
Upload the recording

MP3, WAV, M4A, FLAC, OGG. The analysis runs in your browser on your own device.

2
Read the chords and the fingerings

At the top, which chords the song uses and how to hold them; below, where they change. Click a chord to hear that moment.

3
Make it yours

Capo, transpose, slow-down and loop. Then copy the chart or export it.
