Online Teleprompter — Professional Script Reader

Online teleprompter that runs in your browser. Speed is set in words per minute and held on every line rather than averaged across the script; voice tracking finds your place even after an ad-lib or a restart; and the take can be recorded right here, with the script over the camera image so your eyes stay at the lens.

How to Use the Teleprompter

1
Paste the script

Type, paste or import from TXT, DOCX or PDF. Lines starting with ">>>" or "---" split it into sections, "[NAME]" marks a speaker.

2
Set the pace

Speed is set in words per minute right under the text, and it is held on every line — a dense paragraph will not run away.

3
Switch on what the shoot needs

In the settings: voice tracking, mirror for beam-splitter glass, recording on camera. Second screen goes over by link or QR code.

4
Start and read

A countdown, then the scroll. Space pauses, arrows change pace, "[" and "]" jump sections. The take saves itself as a file.

Read at your own pace and shoot the take on the same screen
