Yes. Put each message on its own line and set the speed to 0: the messages take turns every three seconds, each across the full width of the screen — handy for a name and "Welcome" at the airport. With a speed above zero, the lines run one after another with a separator.

A sign is read along its long side, so on an upright screen the text turns a quarter turn — the letters come out almost twice as big. Turn the phone sideways and the text reads straight. On Android, where the browser allows it, the page locks landscape while the sign is showing.

While the sign is full screen, the page asks the browser to keep the screen on and falls back to another method where the browser cannot. In Low Power Mode an iPhone may still dim the screen — turn it off while you show the sign.

Turn on "Mirrored" and lay the phone with its screen against the glass: from outside the text reads correctly. For a rear window, big letters in red or amber are the easiest to see in daylight.

This page shows the sign on your screen and makes no files. To burn scrolling text into a clip, open "Text and watermark on video": it puts a band with moving text over your video and saves it with the video.
