An online tool for school, club and neighborhood league tournaments: a playoff bracket with proper seeding, a round robin with a crosstable, and a group stage that feeds a playoff. Winners advance through the bracket automatically, the table counts points by the rules of the sport, and the draw can be verified by its code.

Seeding and byes by the rules

A 6-participant bracket is built as an 8-slot draw in the order 1-8-4-5-3-6-2-7, and the two byes go to seeds one and two, not to random teams. There is a third-place match.

Groups that feed a playoff

Participants are split into groups by snake seeding or a pot draw, and the top 1–3 from each group enter the bracket crossed: the winner of one group plays the runner-up of another.

Standings by the rules of the sport

Football 3-1-0, volleyball with 2 points for 3:2, basketball 2-1, chess with the Sonneborn–Berger score, or your own points. Head-to-head is checked first on a tie; the order is shown under the table.

A draw you can verify

Every draw gets a six-character code: the same code and the same list give the same placement on any device. It keeps clubmates apart and reveals participants one by one on a projector.

Schedule by courts and time

The round robin uses the circle method — everyone plays exactly once per round, and whoever sits out is named. Set courts, start time and match length, and every match gets a time and a court.

Print, PDF and tournament file

The bracket prints on a landscape page with empty boxes for scores; standings and schedule print on separate pages. The tournament saves itself in the browser and moves to another computer as a file.

Questions and answers

Who gets the byes if there aren't 8 or 16 participants?

The seeds. The bracket is built to the nearest power of two, and the empty slots are placed against the top names on the list: with 6 participants, seeds one and two advance from the first round without playing. If there is no seeding, click “Draw” — the order becomes random, and the byes go to whoever ends up at the top.

What happens if I correct the score of a match already played?

The bracket recalculates. If the winner changes, a different team appears in the next match, and the score entered for the previous pairing stops counting — no stale result is left hanging in the bracket. Restore the original winner and that score comes back too.

How do I record a win on penalties or a no-show?

Enter the tied score from regular time and click the winner's name in that match — they advance, and the score stays as it was. For a no-show you don't need to enter a score at all; clicking the name is enough.

How are points counted in volleyball and chess?

In volleyball, enter the score in sets: 3:0 and 3:1 give the winner 3 points, 3:2 gives 2 points, and the loser gets 1. In chess a win is 1 and a draw is ½ (you can type 0.5); if points are level, head-to-head decides first, then the Sonneborn–Berger score.

How can I prove the draw was fair?

Share the draw code and show the original list. Anyone can enter the same list in the same order, type the code and click “Repeat” — the placement comes out the same. Seeded participants don't take part in the draw and stay in their places.

How do participants advance from groups to the playoff?

Choose how many places advance from each group — one, two or three. Once every match in a group has been played, its places are filled into the bracket automatically. Seeding is crossed: the winner of group A plays the runner-up of group B, so teams from the same group don't meet right away.

Will the tournament be lost if I close the tab?

Participants, settings and scores are saved in this browser and come back the next time you open the page. To move the tournament to another computer, use a file: the save button is next to PDF, and you open the file from the same place.
