Check Battery Status Online
A battery checker for laptops and phones. It shows the charge level and the measured drain rate live, and reads battery wear — what the battery holds now against what it held new, and the cycle count — from the report Windows keeps about its battery. It also flags sudden drops: the level that sits at half and then falls to zero.
How to Check Battery Status
In Chrome, Edge or Opera the charge level and plug state appear at once.
Press Win + R, run the command shown on the page and open the battery-report.html it creates.
It measures the drain rate, draws the graph and tells you if the level drops suddenly.
Choose a level, and the page sounds when the battery reaches it.
Monitor your device battery level, charge speed, and drain rate in real time
Browser Not Supported
The Battery Status API is not available in your browser. Firefox removed it for privacy reasons, and Safari/iPhone have never implemented it.
Try opening this page in Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Opera.
Why? Browser vendors like Mozilla and Apple disabled this API to prevent websites from tracking users based on their battery level — a privacy measure.
Battery wear
A web page can read the charge level, but not how worn the battery is. Windows keeps that in its battery report: make the report and open it here.
