Charger and cable power tester
An online charger tester that works from the one thing a browser can see: the battery percentage and the moments at which it changes. Each change is a crossing of a known level, so a handful of them measures the charging rate precisely. The rate becomes watts once the battery capacity is known — and becomes the charger’s real output once the phone’s own consumption has been measured too and added back.
How to measure
In milliamp-hours, from the phone’s specifications. Without it the tool can still measure percent per hour, but not watts.

Same screen, same brightness, same tab. Changing the brightness between the runs invalidates the subtraction.

Run the charging test — and the unplugged one too, for the charger’s real output.

How this is measured
A percentage means nothing in watts until the tool knows how big the battery is. The capacity is printed on the back of many phones and is in the specifications of all of them.
Run the unplugged test first, then plug the charger in and run the charging test. Both have to be done with the screen in the same state, because the difference between them is exactly what the screen is costing.
