Car Maintenance Log with Service Reminders

A tool for keeping a digital service book of your car — a logbook with everything about it in one place: a card with your plate and odometer, a “needs attention” status for services, tire changes and insurance, and a log of fill-ups, repairs and expenses. Car expense tracking adds up the money by category and month, the cost per mile or kilometer and fuel economy from full tanks, and the service book exports to PDF — to print with rows for the shop’s stamps or to show a buyer.

How to keep the maintenance log

1
Add your car

Pick the model, type the year, plate and current odometer — the card and the status appear right away.

2
Mark the tires and insurance

One tap for the tires on the car and a date for the end of the policy: the status warns ahead of time.

3
Log fill-ups and shop visits

“Fill-up” takes gallons and the odometer, “Service” a list of jobs; save a copy of the log once a month.

Record services, repairs, fill-ups and car expenses — and get reminded before they are due

Your garage is empty for now

  • A card of your car with its plate and color, in half a minute.
  • Status right away: when the service is due, when to change tires, how many days of insurance are left.
  • A log of fill-ups, repairs and expenses, two fields per entry.

The log is kept in this browser on this device: another browser or phone will not see it, and clearing the site data erases it. Save a copy as a file — you can load it back right here.

How it works

Loading a copy adds what is new and updates what changed — nothing is duplicated. A CSV of another app (Fuelio, Fuelly, Drivvo) adds fill-ups to the selected car.

Service and tire dates are a prompt, not an order: legal dates are as of the date they were checked, and intervals come from manufacturers’ documents or from you. Check your car’s own service book.
