The subject is everything around the site

How you work with the tools, tips and results, questions to each other, ideas, bugs, copy, plans. Conversations unrelated to the site will not take root here — there are other places for them.

No politics, religion or war

This is not a judgement on your views. There is simply no room for them here and no moderator who could settle such an argument. Those messages are removed without discussion.

Treat people as people

Insults, humiliation, pile-ons and personal attacks close your access. Argue with an idea as much as you like; with a person, no.

No personal data — neither other people’s nor your own

Phone numbers, addresses, documents, card numbers, someone else’s correspondence. Your own counts too: the whole community reads this board.

A screenshot, yes — someone else’s screen, no

Before attaching a grab, cover what is not part of the case: mail, names, order numbers, open tabs.

No advertising and no fundraising

Links to your own projects, affiliate links, “DM me”, collections. Mentioning another service while discussing the work is not advertising — that is fine.

One thought, one message

Do not split a sentence across five lines and do not bump your topic by reposting it. If it went unnoticed, turn it into an idea — that is what ideas are for.

Nothing illegal

Piracy, payment circumvention, hacking, prohibited substances and goods, extremism. Such messages are removed and access closes at once and for a long time.

Do not impersonate anyone

Not the Tembrica team, not support, not another member. The “team” badge is set by the system and cannot be faked; trying is grounds for a ban.

Disputed cases are decided by the moderator

We may remove a message, hide it on reports until it is reviewed, or close access for a term. If you disagree, write to support: that is where it is examined, not on the board.

The board belongs to Tembrica and serves discussion of our own service. Messages are visible only to community members and to us; they are stored so that we can moderate them and handle complaints. There is no private messaging between members here. The author of a message is responsible for its content; a message that breaks the law or these rules is removed on request or on our own initiative. The usual order applies: a warning, then the message is hidden, then access closes for a term — and for a gross violation, at once and indefinitely. By sending a message you agree to these rules, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a support desk?

No. This is where members talk to each other; the team is in the conversation too, but a question about payment or your account is solved faster through support.

Who can see what I write here?

Other community members and us. The page is closed to search engines and does not open for a visitor or a free account — not the thread, not a single message, not the images: attachments are served only after an access check.

What happens to my messages when Premium runs out?

They stay on the board, and so do the votes on your ideas. What closes is entry: reading and writing resume when the plan does. Nothing is deleted because a term ended.

Which language is used here?

English. Each language version of the site has its own separate board: only messages from this version appear here, and yours are read only by its members.

What happens to an idea after people vote?

Votes set the order in the rail, and the team sets the status: considering, planned, in progress, done or declined. A declined idea carries a reason — we treat silence as worse than a refusal.

Why is politics off the table?

It is not a judgement on anyone’s views. The board exists to take the site apart, there is one moderator here, and an argument like that cannot be settled — only allowed to spoil the place for everyone.

What is left after I delete my own message?

Other members see only a note that the message was removed; the text and the image stop being served to the browser and the file is deleted from disk. The record of the fact stays with us: without it a complaint about something already erased could not be examined.
