First Aid Course with a CPR Trainer
An online first aid course for adults and teenagers: from checking for danger and calling for help to CPR, stopping bleeding, helping with choking, stroke, burns and road crashes. Eight stages based on the European Resuscitation Council guidelines; the compression rhythm is practiced on a trainer — your phone on a cushion, or taps.
How the course works
3 stepsThe first five lessons are open: safety, signs of life, calling for help and a first try at the CPR rhythm.
Lessons include scenarios with a decision timer, finding the right spot on a picture and a compression trainer: a phone on a cushion counts your rate.
Each stage ends with an exam with an 80% pass mark; mistakes come back in “Review” after 1, 3, 7, 14 and 30 days.
