Touch typing course

An online course for learning touch typing: each lesson adds one or two keys, and the drills are built only from keys you have already learned. The course labels the keys with your own layout, measures speed and accuracy, and brings back the keys you miss most often. Typing practice moves from the home row to whole texts, numbers and work emails.

How the course works

3 steps
1
Choose your layout

The first lesson shows the keyboard of the layout you type on and checks that your fingers find the home row.

2
Learn keys stage by stage

Home row, top row, bottom row, capitals, digits: each lesson adds keys and drills them in letter groups and real words.

3
Pass the stage exams

A timed test with an accuracy floor closes each stage; the final exam asks for 140 characters per minute at 95% accuracy.
