Loyalty Stamp Card with a QR Code
An online tool for paper loyalty cards: design a “10th coffee on us” stamp card, print it at home on Letter or A4 or at a print shop, and track stamps by QR code. The barista adds a stamp by scanning the card with a phone, and the guest sees their stamps with a regular camera — no app, no sign-up, no phone number.
How to use it
Name, number of spaces, head start and reward — the preview shows the card exactly as it will print.
With QR stamps (requires an account) or paper-only — just spaces for a regular stamp.
A home PDF — 10 per sheet, front and back — or one for a print shop.
In the “Ledger” tab, show the barista the pairing QR code — their phone becomes a register.

Mid-card reward
For example, a cookie on space 5. The main reward stays on the last space.
Don’t put guests’ names or phone numbers here: the rules are visible to everyone on the card page.
Print on matte 250–300 gsm stock without lamination: stamp ink smudges on gloss.

Card codes are shown only once — the batch is kept in this browser, and reprints come from there.
Without Premium — up to 30 QR cards in the ledger at once and 90 new ones per 30 days. A card frees its place once its reward is given or it is voided or expires; such cards are kept for 90 days.
Two-sided card: in the print dialog choose “Actual size” (not “Fit to page”) and “flip on long edge” — the backs are already mirrored. Check with the test page first.
Printer correction
Print the test page two-sided in actual size, measure the 50 mm scale and the frame offset, then hold the sheet to the light — the back’s cross should sit right behind the front’s. The PDF will adjust.

The ledger for QR-stamp cards is available after you sign in.
Without Premium, cards whose reward was given and voided cards are kept for 90 days, and cards expired under the “no visits” rule for 90 days after they expired. If nothing happens in the program for 12 months, we will email you, and 30 days later it will be deleted in full. You can export a CSV at any time.
The server checks the rules on every stamp — including those made offline.
