Habit Tracker Online

An online tool for tracking habits: check each one off with a tap, count glasses of water, pages and minutes, and keep limits like “at most two cups of coffee”. This daily habit tracker shows your streak, habit strength and the whole year day by day, prints a monthly sheet and exports your history to Excel. Habits live inside the Tembrica calendar and show up on your “My progress” page.

How to use it

1
Add a habit

Type it as a line — “read 20 pages”, “run 3 times a week” — or use the form. Ready-made sets help you start: morning, health, learning, for kids, cutting back.

2
Tie it to something you already do

“After breakfast”, “before bed”: linking a habit to a daily action makes it stick better than an alarm. You can also set a reminder time.

3
Check in with one tap

A tap marks the day done or adds 1 to a counter. A long press sets an exact number, a note, or a skip for a reason. Yesterday works the same way.

4
Watch your progress

Streak, habit strength, your 30-day rate and the whole year are in each habit’s card. The day’s summary also appears in the calendar and on “My progress”.

5
Print it or export it

A monthly A4 sheet — with your habits or blank. Your full history as a spreadsheet for Excel and Google Sheets.

Check off your daily habits in one tap and watch the streak grow

Calendar settings

Who can see the calendar

By default the calendar is visible to you alone. A published one appears on your profile and at its own link.

Ready-made routines

One click fills a working week. Everything it adds is an ordinary entry you can edit.

Moving in and out

An export from Google, Apple or Outlook. Uploading the same file again does not duplicate entries.

Reminders

Reminders arrive while this tab is open. To get them with the browser closed, subscribe to the calendar with the link above — your own app will do the reminding.

Entry times are stored as "7:00 in this zone", so a routine does not drift when the clocks change.

Shown on the grid as labels. They are not entries: nothing is added to your calendar and nothing is exported.
