What is HEIC format?

HEIC (High Efficiency Image Container) is the default photo format on iPhones since iOS 11. It offers better compression than JPEG but isn't supported by many apps and websites.

How many files can I convert at once?

As many as you put in one batch — processing goes one file at a time to avoid memory issues. A daily file allowance applies; the counter above the Convert button always shows what is left today.

What output formats are supported?
