Yes — that is the main mode. Open the “List” step, paste the names one per line (a column straight out of Excel or Google Sheets works), and you get one PDF with a different name on every page. If the table has several columns — name, class, place, category — their headings appear as buttons: tapping one inserts that column into whichever field the cursor is in. Before downloading, the list is shown as a table with a flag against any row where a name will not fit or looks odd.

No. Choose the case in the “List” step and every row’s surname, first name and patronymic take it. This uses the Russian full-name declension engine with rules for gender and the known exceptions — the same one behind the name declension tool. Where the engine is unsure the name is left alone: a wrong ending on a printed certificate is worse than a nominative one.

Turn on “Print onto a bought blank” in the “Download” step. The border, the paper fill and the rosette switch off, leaving only the text. Photograph or scan the blank and load it: it appears as a backdrop in the preview so you can see where the lines land, and it is not in the PDF. Lines are dragged with the mouse. Before printing the whole batch, print one sheet on plain paper and hold it against the blank up to the light — a miss is visible before a blank is wasted.

Almost always the print scale. Browsers and drivers default to “fit to page” and shrink the sheet by 2–5 %, while the PDF carries real millimetres. Set 100 % or “Actual size” in the print dialog. If it is still off, switch on the 50 mm check bar, print a sheet, measure the bar and enter the result under “Printer correction” — the scale and offset are worked out and remembered.

Nothing you have to do — the size adapts. First the type shrinks by an amount nobody notices, then the line wraps to two. If even that is not enough, the row is flagged in the list check before printing and you can see which one it is. From there: reduce the starting size, drop the middle name, or choose a narrower font.

Yes. The “Seal, signature, logo” step takes images of a crest or logo, a scanned signature and a seal; each is dragged and resized on the sheet. Scans with a white background have a multiply mode that drops the white. If you have no seal or signature in digital form, the stamp maker and the signature maker are linked right there in that step.

Because there is no image in it. The border, the guilloché and the medal are vector curves, and the name is real text in an embedded font. Three things follow: the print stays crisp at any resolution instead of breaking into pixels; a batch of thirty weighs hundreds of kilobytes, because the font is embedded once for the whole file; and the name can be selected, searched and corrected in a PDF editor.

A4 and A5 in both orientations, A3 landscape, Letter in both orientations, and a 210×210 square. The border is not stretched to the format but built for it: on A5 the rules are thinner and the ornament smaller, so the card does not look like a shrunken A4.

Nothing — the encoding is detected. Russian Excel saves CSV as windows-1251 with semicolons instead of commas; both are read correctly, as is UTF-8 with or without a byte-order mark. Commas inside quotes do not break the parse either.

No. “Save the setup” hands you a small file with everything — the design, the texts, the position of the seal and the signature. Next year open it with the button beside it, replace the list of names and the date, and the rest is already where you left it.
