EPR registration requirements for EU marketplace sellers
An online tool for working out extended producer responsibility across the European Union: it takes the countries you sell into and returns, market by market, which register issues the number, what that number is called, which scheme collects the fees and whether a non-established producer needs an authorised representative. It covers packaging, electricals and batteries in all 27 member states, and marks the markets already being verified separately from those that joined on 12 August 2026.
How to check your obligations
Inside a specific EU country or outside the EU entirely — this drives the representative requirement.
Every country you ship to and every country where stock sits in a warehouse.
Packaging is always on. Add electricals and batteries if your products contain them.
Markets verified today appear first, followed by those joining on 12 August 2026.
Each card names the register, the number and the scheme, and flags the traps specific to that country.
