Online calendar with a to-do list

An online planning tool: a week and month calendar, a to-do list and repeating tasks in one place. The planner runs in your browser, the calendar can be subscribed to from Google or Apple, and the schedule can be opened on your profile or kept closed.

How to use it

1
Type an entry as one line

In the field at the top: "tomorrow at 10:30 call" or "weekdays at 7:00 workout". The date, time and repeat are read out of the sentence; the rest becomes the title.

2
Tick things off

The checkbox on an entry. On a repeating entry the tick belongs to that one day — tomorrow it comes back unticked.

3
Switch the view

Week, month, day, list, and a separate Tasks tab with overdue, today and undated. Keys: W, M, D, A, L.

4
Decide who sees it

In settings: only you, busy times without titles, or the whole calendar. The default is only you.

5
Subscribe or share

A personal .ics link goes into Google, Apple or Outlook and keeps itself current. A published calendar appears on your profile.

Who can see the calendar

By default the calendar is visible to you alone. A published one appears on your profile and at its own link.

Ready-made routines

One click fills a working week. Everything it adds is an ordinary entry you can edit.

Moving in and out

An export from Google, Apple or Outlook. Uploading the same file again does not duplicate entries.

Reminders

Reminders arrive while this tab is open. To get them with the browser closed, subscribe to the calendar with the link above — your own app will do the reminding.

Entry times are stored as "7:00 in this zone", so a routine does not drift when the clocks change.
