Magic 8 Ball — Online Fortune Ball
An online Magic 8 Ball: ask a closed question and the ball answers “yes”, “no” or “ask again later”. A real twenty-sided die tumbles in the dye inside and presses the answer against the glass — shake the phone, shake it with the mouse, or just tap.
How to ask the Magic 8 Ball
Ask a closed question — one that can be answered yes or no. Typing it is optional.
Shake the phone, shake the ball with the mouse, or simply tap it.
The die floats up to the glass: the answer appears on its face and under the ball.
Want a different tone? Pick another answer set, write your own, or switch to "A or B" and let the ball choose between your options.
Ask a question and shake the ball — the answer comes on its own
Two to six options. Short ones read better on the die face — the winner is printed right on it. The list is kept in this browser: it will not be on another device.
One answer per line, from 2 to 60. The set is stored in this browser only. Short answers read better on the die face than long ones.

Host mode
For playing in person: decide the next answer in advance. Nobody watching will notice — the screen looks exactly the same.
A trick for a room: with host mode on, touch the left edge of the ball for the first answer in the set, the right edge for the last. A finger in the middle leaves it random.
