Repair Ticket, Item Tag and Warranty Card for Repair Shops

Online tool for checking items into a repair shop: a repair ticket in two copies with a cut line, item tags with the same number, and a warranty card at pickup. The claim check for a phone, shoes, a watch, dry cleaning or a bike is built from an intake checklist for your kind of shop, and the QR on the ticket shows the customer the repair status — in progress, waiting for parts, ready, and after pickup the warranty end date.

How to use it

1
Set up the shop

In the “Shop” tab — name, tax ID, address, phone, hours, country rules and your terms.

2
Check the item in

Kind of shop, item, condition from the checklist, problem, price and date — the preview shows the sheet as it will print.

3
Print the ticket and tag

The ticket on A4, A5 or receipt paper, the tag on a thermal printer, sticker sheet or as a hang tag.

4
Keep the status

In the “Orders” tab or with the shop phone by the tag: “In progress”, “Waiting for parts”, “Ready”, “Tell the customer”.

5
Hand over with a warranty

“Hand over” — then print the warranty card with the pickup record; the customer sees the warranty date at the same QR.

Check in repairs, tag the item and hand it back with a warranty and a status QR

New order
Customer

Optional. Printed on the ticket and kept in the order book in this browser; the QR status page doesn’t show them.

Item

The customer states the item’s value: if it is damaged or lost, this is the figure on paper.

Condition at check-in

Don’t ask for the device passcode: iPhones on iOS 17.5 and later have Repair State. Test after the repair with the customer present.
