PDF Editor With Text Editing
An online tool for editing a PDF when the document is already finished and only needs a few changes: fill in a contract, correct an amount or a date, add a signature, cover something up, underline what matters, remove or move a page. Text that is already in the PDF opens for editing when you click the line — you do not retype the document. The file is loaded once, every edit follows on, and all of them are written out in a single save.
How to edit a PDF
Drag a PDF into the upload area or click to choose a file. A password-protected document will ask for the password.
Every tool on the top rail is named: Edit text, Highlight, Signature, Whiteout and the rest.
Click the page to place an object, or click straight on a line to open it for editing. Ctrl+Z undoes the last step.
In the left rail, rotate, delete or drag pages; the same rail inserts a blank page and brings pages in from another PDF.
Press “Save PDF” — the document is assembled once, with every edit at the same time.
Change the text, sign it and put the pages in order in a single pass
What you can do with a document here
This document is password-protected
Enter the password to open it for editing.
Could not open the document
The file may be damaged or written by an unusual producer. Repair PDF often opens these.
Double-click an object to edit it. Shift keeps the proportions while resizing, Alt turns snapping off, Ctrl+Z undoes the last step. Your work is kept in the browser — if the tab closes, the editor offers to carry on. Arrow keys move the selected object by 1 point (Shift for 10), Ctrl+D duplicates it, Ctrl+S saves the PDF.
New form field
The field name is read by software, not people: the recipient or system finds the value by it. Signature fields are not supported — use the Signature tool.
